Ultimate Collector is a personal database and collection management tool for video games, board games, comics, movies, and trading cards. We provide cloud storage for your collection data, ratings, and personal notes.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the service to store or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Steam API Integration

Our service offers an optional feature to synchronize your PC game library using the official Steam Web API. Ultimate Collector is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. All Steam data is fetched in compliance with Steam's API terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Ultimate Collector platform, including its original code, design, and logo, is the property of Willem Vermeylen.
• All game titles, cover images, character names, and related media added to your collection remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. They are used within this app solely for personal cataloging and fair use purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Collector is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and data security, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and collection will be permanently removed, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
